Simmering Hope

Hope is the expectation that something outside of ourselves, something or someone external, is going to come to our rescue and we will live happily ever after. – Dr. Robert Anthony

Amsterdam one step closer to create a new type of ghetto

The Dutch are calling them ‘scum villages’, where according to The Telegraph ‘nuisance neighbours and anti-social tenants will be exiled from the city and rehoused in caravans or containers with “minimal services” under constant police supervision’.

I wish we had something like that when we fought for over 2 years with the scumbags living next door. Somehow, the ‘perfect’ Canadian society failed to protect the law- abiding -tax- paying citizens (who basically pay the police salaries via income and property taxes), against the neighbours that did nothing but throw parties, get drunk and high. Not only that, but somehow they ended up having more rights than us.

I am glad that at least there is a country in this civilized world, where some people decided to put a stop to the non sense of embracing the lowlifes. Maybe we should have a Right wing party somewhere within our political spectrum.
Has anybody stopped for a second and ask the question: Why are the Right-wing parties popular again?
The economic downturn? the decay of the society? the failed multiculturalism? the misunderstood and abused ‘human rights’?
Probably all of the above.
